Ingredients:

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup salted water

1/2 stick margarine

1 quart milk

3 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon if desired

1/2 cup rice uncooked

Directions:

-Use a slow cooker or a big pan that’s heavy, and put some water in there, boiling it.

-Take the rice and slowly boil this in there, but don’t stir this. once it’s in, turn the het to low, and then, cover this, cooking the entire mixture for 7 minutes.

-When the 7 minutes are up, take the milk, butter, and the fork that you have, stirring these ingredients together.

-Boil this rice once again, and then, cook this on heat that’s low, for up to an hour for best results, to create a nice, sticky look to it that’ll really do the trick.

-Beat your eggs, then put the raisins the sugar, and the vanilla into there. pour the eggs and the rice together, stirring this so they begin to thicken up[. The pudding will be very thick once you’ve let it cooled down. If youwnat it to be even thicker, let it sit to cool almost completely before you take it and add a few other ingredients.

-These ingredients are all considered optional, but if you want to make your rice pudding taste magical, this is the way to do it. add some evaporated and regular mix together, combining these, putting it into there. from there, you also want to adjust your spices, putting a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon on there once this has cooled down if that’s what you wish to use. From there, once this has all cooled down nice and simply, you can take some whipped cream, topping this on top of the mixture, especially if you want something that looks good, and tastes utterly amazing. If you want to make it unique, you can add your own ingredients as well for you.
